Brief

My cohort decided on a theater theme and received a moodboard from the creative director. In collaboration with the photographer, we decided we would curate two main scenes: a seated-theater setting and a red curtain to sneak peak out of or use as a background.

Researched Precedents

We were originally inspired by the Tennessee Theater and tried to reserve a time to shoot there, but they said they wouldn’t have availability in time. We attempted to shift to the Bijou Theater, but had the same result. In search for somewhere with red seats and a theater setting, we found a set of classrooms with red/orange seats and knew we could make it work.
