Brief
Create a brand for an event of your choosing, it could be existing or made up.
My Take I am Armenian and remember attending a traditional Madagh. Madagh is an Armenian custom of commemorating victims through requiem services. It highlights the celebration of life with incredibly festive storytelling, dancing, and music. The Madagh is typically celebrated with community gatherings sponsored by churches, which include public offerings of food.

I made it my goal to modernize the celebration while maintaning traditional Armenian visual motifs, overall creating a comprehensive brand system called Big Night. The chosen name is inspired by gatherings my extended family would pull together where we’d all bring food, tell stories, and celebrate the chance of being together, similar to the purpose of the Madagh. The system was designed to unify all event touchpoints and reach farther than its historical roots have been able to.
